Trust Pru-Fox? You Crazy?
I trusted two Pru-Fox "Sales Professionals" and wound up with a house over a leaking underground oil tank. One of these realtors-- Mark Arbeit-- represented me & my wife. This guy's a real piece of work. Read about some "troubles" he had with little boys in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Also know that he makes unauthorized use of former clients' names to post gushing testimonials to himself on the 'net. The other Pru-Fox realtor-- Lou Solomon-- represented my seller, who's a convicted criminal, mini-Madoff mortgage broker with a face & physique to gag a maggot. Solomon loads up his MLS descriptions with false information. He also lets prospective buyers know his clients' bottom lines. Trust Pru-Fox? Help yourself, sucker.

Dishonest, Ruthless, Arrogant!
Stay away from all Pru-Fox realtors. I dealt with two from the nearby Margate, NJ office and regret it to this day. One was Mark Arbeit. He's a real charmer. Little boys apparently can't resist him, or at least that's what one might gather after reading the hair-raising artcles on him in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Oh, yeah-- he also makes unauthorized use of former clients' names to post gushing tributes to himself on the 'net. Real man of genius! The other "Sales Professional" was Lou Solomon, aka Leatherface. This clown loads up his MLS descriptions with info, of which he later claims to have absolutely no knowledge, and lets prospective buyers know his sellers' bottom lines. Hey-- it happened with me! Look, bottom line is: Just steer clear of these Pru-Fox hucksters. Sure wish I had.

You're going to go with a Pru-Fox realtor? Well, you should know the type with which you'll be dealing. I dealt with two from the nearby Margate, NJ office: Mark Arbeit & Lou Solomon. Deal with Arbeit & he'll probably make unauthorized use of your name to post an over-the-top testimonial to himself on the 'net. Pretty sleazy, huh? But that's nothing compared to his misadventures among poor Virginia schoolboys about which you can read in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Deal with Solomon and, first, you'll have to wipe the Coppertone from your hand. Thereafter you'll find that he lets prospective buyers know his sellers' bottom lines, and that he loads up MLS descriptions with information about which he later claims to be ignorant. Real class acts, these two. You'd be a fool even to talk to a Pru-Fox "Real Estate Professional."

Steer clear of these swindlers. Buy a place with them, and you'll wind up with a leaking underground oil tank; sell a place with them, and they'll let prospective buyers know your bottom line. That was my experience. I bought using the services of Mark Arbeit. He's a real charmer. Oh, yeah, he also makes unauthorized use of former clients' names to post gushing, over-the-top testimonials to himself on the 'net. He's a real piece of. . . um, uh. . . work! He should have his own sitcom on TV. Lou Solomon represented my seller, whom I did not know is a convicted criminal. Solomon denied the truth of information he himself put into my home's MLS description; he also let me & my wife know on the sly his filthy clients' bottom line. You really want to use these lying hucksters? Help your self.

Steer clear of this office! Their heaviest hitter-- Mark Arbeit-- obviously has a problem with the truth. Don't take my word for it. Consider the following: (1) He tells all the beautiful people with whom he hangs that he left the field of education because there was no money in it. Find out the real reason in The Washington Post archives for June 20 and 25, 1987; (2) He says on his website that he regularly writes a real estate column in The Atlantic City Press. Try to find any such column written in at least the past two years; (3) He says on his blog that he is the in-house real estate expert for the Boardwalk Journal magazine and radio show. OK. Try to find the last item he wrote or the last show on which he appeared; (4) He also promised on his blog regularly to update it. Check out how well he's kept this promise.<br />
